The support crew responds super fast to questions and knows their stuff. I'm really fond of Nomisma; after spending years with Sage, it’s been a bit of a learning journey, but the folks at Nomisma have been there for me throughout. I’d definitely suggest it.

As an older gentleman, I gotta admit that computers and I don’t get along too well. My memory isn’t what it used to be, but the support from Nomisa is absolutely top-notch. Their software is fantastic, but being of a certain age, I find it takes me a little longer to wrap my head around things. Even with my struggles, the team is incredibly professional and dedicated. I joined Nomisma back in March 2022. Even after reaching out multiple times to my Account Manager, who seems more interested in sending me promotional stuff, I still can't access the software as of 20/12/2022! It’s a real hassle trying to log in!! The wait for the one-time password is way too long, and when it finally arrives and I try to use it, I just get a message saying I’ve logged out successfully. It's only happened a couple of times that I’ve managed to log in. I’m still waiting for answers to my earlier questions from this year, which means I’ve been paying for subscriptions that I can’t even use.

Nomisma is a straightforward and simple-to-use accounting tool, covering everything a business requires, like submitting VAT returns (MTD compliant), preparing and filing final accounts, payroll, and CIS linked to bookkeeping, as well as self-assessment tax returns. It's a top-notch software that I’d recommend for businesses of any size and accounting firms, plus they've got a fantastic support team.

The software can be a bit tricky to navigate at times, but the support team is fantastic - super quick to respond and really helpful. Every advisor and account manager I've dealt with genuinely wants users to have a good experience and they’re open to feedback and ideas.
